the Half-Life series has got to be the greatest game series of all time, it is without a doubt my favorite series. I've played through all three Half-Life2 games about six times and three months ago I finally got the original Half-Life, plus Blue Shift and Opposing Force. The graphics were horrible, but the gameplay was still on par with the later games. Why am I writing about this now? during E3 I was hoping to get a preview of Half-Life3, unfortunately Valve didn't murmur so much as a subtle hint. Being way to preoccupied with the stupid Left 4 Dead2 stuff, they seem to have completely forgotten about the Half-Life series. Bottom line? I've played through all six games at least twice each and I'm booooooooooooooooooored . You can only replay a game (or six) so many times in a row before you start yearning for the PROMISED THIRD INSTALMENT THAT HAS YET TO PEEK ITS HEAD OUT! so for now I'm venting with Guild Wars. But I will have my Half-Life3.
